Our Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours before your appointment, to allow your slot to be utilised by another patient.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation fee ( the full cost of the appointment ).
Our doctors are all skilled and experienced in dealing with "everything and anything" that comes in through the door.
All our doctors are urgent care trained, and highly skilled in managing urgent medical issues where you have become unwell suddenly, your current illness has worsened, or if you need timely medical care for any other reason. Common conditions that we treat include infections, asthma attacks, allergic reactions, and unwell children.
Our team is also highly skilled in managing accidents and injuries. We can suture and close wounds, treat burns, provide splinting for soft tissue injuries or fractures, refer for X-ray/ Ultrasound, complete ACC documentation and provide a follow up service, including ACC certificates for time off work while you are recovering from your injury.
We have good relationships with allied health services including physiotherapists, hand therapists and orthotic services, all of whom can help support your recovery from your injuries and facilitate your return to work and normal daily living.
If your medical condition or injury is serious and you require admission to hospital, we will ensure your condition is stabilised, wounds are dressed, and a referral done directly to the relevant specialty to facilitate your review by the specialty service in hospital. We will arrange an ambulance transfer where necessary.
