Our Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours before your appointment, to allow your slot to be utilised by another patient.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation fee ( the full cost of the appointment ).

We offer a callout service where medical care is provided in the convenience of your own home or hotel room.
This is especially useful if you or your family member are too unwell to travel to our clinic, or where there is physical or practical difficulty with transport.
Our doctors can provide treatment during the consultation as well as follow up care.
While we have an online booking option, please phone or email us for this service if it is urgent. Our duty doctor will assess the urgency of the visit and in most circumstances we will be able to accommodate a review on the same day.
Our callout rates vary depending on location, time of the day and urgency of review. We will provide a quote prior to the visit.
