Our Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours before your appointment, ideally to allow your slot to be utilised by another patient.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation fee ( the full cost of the appointment ).

We bring Urgent Care and Family doctors to patients in need of urgent medical care wherever they are in NZ, via phone or video calls. Patients can expect to be online with a consulting urgent care doctor within minutes.
When to call
If you or someone you know develop unexpected symptoms or are feeling acutely unwell, it can be difficult to know who to call. This service is specifically for times when you are unable to leave your current location due to work or childcare responsibilities; or where you might normally attend an Urgent Care clinic but may not be able to in the current environment.
Viaduct Doctors’ TeleHealth service is not a replacement for your GP or the ambulance service. If a patient is suffering a time-critical emergency and/or is unconscious, has chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, an allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts or has been in a major accident, please dial 111 immediately.

We put you, the patient, at the center of our service: In addition to diagnosing and treating illness or injury, our doctors can provide prescriptions, referrals to hospitals or specialists, imaging services and allied health. We will send consultation notes to your GP so that they are aware of any changes to your health (unless you opt out of this service).
