Our Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours before your appointment, ideally to allow your slot to be utilised by another patient.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation fee ( the full cost of the appointment ).

When travelling overseas, it is important to be vaccinated against common communicable diseases. Our professional doctors will give you the most up to date and correct advice based on your next destination.

When you make an appointment with us you will need to state your destination, the duration of the trip and the activities you have planned during the trip. You will also be asked about your health and any medication you are taking.
We will prepare vaccination and malaria advice for you based on the information.
Depending on your specific travel plans, the current health climate, and your individual needs, our recommended vaccination and malaria advice will be given.
We can also provide most vaccinations you will need at the time of your appointment.
If necessary, a prescription for malaria prophylaxis will be issued. You can buy the prophylaxis at your own pharmacy after the consultation. Of course there is time during the appointment to ask your questions.
If necessary, a follow-up appointment will be made. To prevent some travel illnesses, a repeat vaccination is necessary.
At the checkout you only pay for the consultation and the vaccinations/prescriptions that you have received at that time. There is an administration fee for vaccinations provided.
There are consultation costs, vaccine costs, vaccine administration fees and prescriptions if required.
Please note, we are not a yellow fever vaccine provider.
if you are wanting to book a consultation to discuss your travel needs, including vaccines and medications, please book in for a 30 min travel consultation, and clearly state the country(ies) you will be visiting and date of departure, as well as any special requirements for particular vaccinations (if known).
This allows us to prepare for your visit and order in the relevant vaccinations, as we do not stock a large supply of uncommon vaccinations; some are ordered in on an as needed basis.
You may also email us directly with this information after you have secured an appointment for the travel vaccination.
Please note that all vaccinations are at an additional costs per vaccine; some vaccination protocols require 2-3 vaccinations; and a vaccine administration fee of $30 per visit applies.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vaccination protocols. Expediated schedules may be available for certain vaccines.
