Our Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours before your appointment, to allow your slot to be utilised by another patient.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Non-attendance will incur a 100% cancellation fee ( the full cost of the appointment ).
We provide a repeat script service for patients that are enrolled in our practice.
We request that all new patients enroll and book in for an initial general medical consultation. After this, we can issue repeat scripts every 3 months on request (6 months for OCPs) without a physical consultation.
Depending on your medical condition(s), we may request a physical review every 6 - 12 months. Please understand that this requirement has been put in place for your safety as our valued patient.

Once payment has been received, you will receive a text or email confirming that the script is ready to be picked up, or has been sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
To request a repeat script, fill in the form below with the details of your script. You will need a credit card to make payment for this service.
We will process your script and send you a confirmation by email within the next business day ( or same day, if you choose our urgent service ).
We will send the script to the pharmacy you will be fulfilling it at.
Make certain to include your mobile number, in case our doctors need to contact you regarding any questions or details.
