Excellent medical care. Love that they offer a one stop shop. Everyone here allows me to participate wholly in shared decision making around my care. Incredible resourcefulness and tenacity navigating the system and the medical and reception team always communicate kindly and frankly. It's been a stepping stone transitioning from heavily subsidised university health services and a GP whose known me for 7 years to a new practice but Vicky and Rachel and the reception team have made the process smooth and I've never felt like a burden. Yesterday I had a Telehealth appointment and my own tech glitches meant the call wasn't coming through. Reception were so lovely and apologetic and a doctor at the practice made time to call me so I got my healthcare needs met. They're always so upfront about costs and considering the work the do beyond the appointment to advocate for patients by seeking specialist advice and approval and trying to optimise outcomes based on specialist selection I really feel like I'm getting a great deal. As a hospital doctor, I have no reservations recommending this clinic to my patients on discharge who need a local GP. Particularly helpful is that the practice have Chinese doctors so the cultural and language barriers that can create barriers to timely escalation of health concerns for immigrants is completely removed.
